Celebrity makeup artist Tyron Machhausen worked with Jenna Dewan Tatum for the Target Cat & Jack Brand Launch on Thursday, July 21st in New York, NY.

“After seeing the dress, which had a little bit of a casual vintage vibe, we went for a modern take on Hollywood bombshell, leaving a yacht in Saint Tropez. Relaxed waves, glowing sun kissed skin and a gorgeous matte Lip in the perfect red!”
“I started prepping Jenna’s skin with the Veil Mineral Primer by Hourglass to create a perfect canvas and to fight the hot and humid New York evening! I used just a couple of drops of Armani’s Luminous Silk Foundation in #6 for a perfect lightweight dewy and natural finish. I love using my fingers to apply foundation. That way I am able to warm up the product which makes it literally melt into the skin. To add a hint of contour I applied The Multiple Stick in South Beach by Nars with a damp sponge onto the cheekbone. This way the product goes on very light and sheer. For the eyes I used a medium Shadow brush and applied Shimmering cream eye color in “Leather” by Shiseido all the way up to the crease and blended it out upward. Using a soft brush helps to achieve a beautiful  translucent effect. I just wanted a wash of bronzed color. For a little bit more depth I used Long-Lasting eyeliner in Santal by Chanel very close to the lash line. I finished up the eye with two coats of Separating and Lengthening Mascara “38 Degree” in “Black” by Sensai. For the brows I used Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil in Dark Brunette by Hourglass. For the lips I wanted to go with a matte to satin effect and I mixed two shades of Rouge Allure Intense Long-Wear Lip Color, “Coromandel” and “Excentrique”, to achieve the perfect hue.
