Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy cover has slipped from its cloak of secrecy.

An image of the alleged January/February issue flooded the Internet Wednesday, a full week before the “Mean Girls” star is scheduled to give a sneak peek on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

The leaked cover shows Lohan, 25, straddling the back of a red bunny-shaped chair seemingly stark naked beyond her black stilettos.

The chair’s iconic bunny ears and face strategically cover her private parts.

The one-word headline reads “Lindsay.”

A rep for the naughty glossy did not immediately return a call seeking comment, but a spokeswoman earlier said fans had to wait until Dec. 15 to get a preview of the cover and one non-nude image from Lohan’s pictoral.

“The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay,” the star’s publicist Steve Honig said in a recent statement.

Hugh Hefner, Playboy’s robe-clad mogul, said the layout would have a retro theme.

“ classic tribute inspired by the original Tom Kelly nude pictoral of Marilyn Monroe,” he told “The Insider.”

Lohan reportedly was paid $1 million for flashing what her Long Island parents gave her.

The actress is coming off a tough year that started with a stint in rehab and included a shoplifting conviction, a month of house arrest and a recent four-hour stay in county jail for a probation violation.

Lindsay Lohan is showing another side of herself.

The troubled starlet, who served a four-hour jail sentence Sunday night, channeled Marilyn Monroe when she recently posed fully nude for Playboy, and the results are “very classy,” according to the magazine’s founder Hugh Hefner.

“It’s a classic tribute inspired by the original Tom Kelly nude pictorial of Marilyn Monroe, a portion of which was the original playmate which was in the original issue of Playboy,” Hefner told “The Insider.”

A spokeswoman for Playboy said that the troubled starlet will appear in the magazine’s January / February issue.

“The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful,” the 25-year-old’s rep added.

It wasn’t always that way.

Playboy had to call Lohan back for a second shoot after Hefner deemed the first set of photos not up to par, according to RadarOnline.com.

“The pictures Lindsay took last week are much better than the first set,” a source told the site.

Lohan has long had an infatuation with Monroe, who died in 1962 at the age of 36 after she committed suicide by overdosing on barbiturates.

In 2008, Lohan said she was “comfortable” posing in the buff for New York magazine when she recreated Monroe’s final 1962 photo shoot “The Last Sitting.” In addition, her clothing line, 6126, is named for Monroe’s birthdate – June 1, 1926.

Those clamoring to see Lohan naked will have to wait a while longer.  The Playboy issue featuring the actress’ pictures hits newsstands in December.

LOS ANGELES — Lindsay Lohan just finished another flash in the can.

The “Mean Girls” star was booked into a California jail shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday night and was a free starlet before the sun came up Monday morning — the beneficiary of jail overcrowding, and being a celebrity.

She was also carrying a few extra pounds, jail records show.

Lohan checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., at 8:48 p.m. Sunday and was back out “around 1:30 [a.m. Monday],” a source told BSW.

That means her 30-day jail sentence for a probation violation lasted less than five hours.

“Lindsay is extremely focused on fulfilling her community service, so she can put this all past her as soon as possible,” her spokesman, Steve Honig, told the press early Monday.  That sounds like a song we’ve heard before.

A judge last week sentenced the 25-year-old stunner and future Playboy covergirl to a month behind bars for violating her probation after she blew off nine appointments for community service at a women’s shelter and got terminated from the court-ordered gig.

Lohan now must finish the remainder of her 480 hours of community service, scrubbing bathrooms at the county morgue, a judge ordered.

If she messes up again, she’ll automatically get 270 days in jail — the maximum allowable remaining time on her combined shoplifting and double DUI cases, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner warned last week.

Lohan waived her right to appeal the possible sentence when she accepted her latest deal.

The former child star weighed in at 119 pounds Sunday night, according to jail records, three pounds heavier than she was during a booking process last month.

The extra curves will be on full display in an upcoming issue of Playboy, Hugh Hefner confirmed on his Twitter account Sunday night.

Lohan’s brief jail stay was her fourth trip behind bars. She spent 84 minutes at the Los Angeles County women’s jail in 2007, two weeks in July 2010 and 14 hours in Sept. 2010 – all stemming from her back-to-back DUI’s in 2007.

She also spent a month under house arrest in May and June after pleading “no contest” to misdemeanor necklace theft.

Here’s a big shock.  Haha!  Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail. Surprised?

A judge sentenced the “Mean Girls” star to 30 days behind bars Wednesday for violating probation in her double DUI and shoplifting case.

The judge said she could have given Lohan more than 300 days in a cramped county jail cell, but she thought the starlet needed “structure,” not confinement.

After she reports to jail no later than Nov. 9 and serves the 30 day sentence, Lohan will be on a tight leash, the judge said.

LiLo will have to meet strict requirements each month in terms of community service at the Los Angeles County Coroner and psychotherapy and report back to court regularly, the judge said.

If she screws up even once, she’ll get tossed back in the slammer for 270 days — all the remaining time applicable to her case.

“This is really called putting the keys to the jail in the defendant’s hands,” Judge Stephanie Sautner said. “From what I can see of you, you need structure, and this is structure.”

Lohan, 25, appeared in court wearing a prim navy and white polka dot dress, designer stilettos and her signature blond locks tied back in a loose bun. She quickly admitted she messed up when she shirked appointments with a homeless shelter and her psychotherapist to travel to New York, Milan and Paris — bypassing a lengthy hearing and moving straight to sentencing.

Asked if she understood the terms of her new sentence, Lohan nodded.

“Yes your honor,” she said.

The judge said Lohan will not be eligible for house arrest or early release beyond anything mandated by law.

A jail spokesman declined to comment on the amount of the 30 day sentence Lohan will actually serve.

It’s likely she’ll serve two weeks or less due to overcrowding.

All of her remaining community service hours were transferred to the county morgue, the judge said.

Sautner said she tried to transfer some of the hours to a homeless shelter called Good Sheperd, but the program rejected the troubled actress.

“They refused to take you saying you set a bad example,” Sautner told Lohan.

Sautner then set up a schedule that requires Lohan to serve between 12 and 17 days of community service and attend four to six psychotherapy sessions each month.

“If all of this ends on March 29, probation will convert to non-reporting probation. You’ll just have to obey all laws…Like I said, I’m giving you the keys,” Sautner explained.

“And in the event that she finished before?” Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley asked.

“Wouldn’t that be nice.” the judge replied. “I would be the happiest judge in town if she finished early.”

But Sautner’s smile faded quickly, and she again reminded Lohan that a single misstep carried serious consequences.

“If they kick you out (of the morgue), that’s it. This (270 day) jail time automatically comes into play,” she said.

What a mess this girl is…To go from super stardom at such a young age to crash and burn at 24 is just a total waste of a young life!  How many chances can one person get and still dive down…?

Lindsay Lohan in court not looking rather tired

Lindsay is looking very haggard and much older than her 24 years.  What will it take for this once very successful actress to get her life back on track?  As of July 20, 2010 she began her 3 month sentence behind bars for violating her DUI probation.  Anyone else would have been doing time immediately and for a longer period of time!  Get it together girl…

And here’s the kicker, because of over crowding, Lindsay might only serve 2 weeks at a regional detention facility in Lynwood, California and then head over to an inpatient rehab program for 90 days.  That’s BS folks!  If it were me or you our ass would be there for the full 90 days and then some!  People even think this will increase her popularity and bring her more money… Sad but probably true…

Not a great role model for the Youth of America

Unfortunately, if Lindsay doesn’t pull her head out of her ass, she most likely won’t see a very bright future.  Let’s hope she does…

It’s hard to believe that long ago, Lindsay Lohan was a young freckled face, innocent child.  She’s appeared in a variety of popular films including Parent Trap, Mean Girls, Freaky Friday and Herbie Fully Loaded. Where, why and how did her life take such a self destructive turn for the worst…I’m sure having a mother obsessed with fame couldn’t have helped…Living vicariously through your child and adding more pressure for continued success, isn’t exactly a healthy recipe for any young stars self esteem or mental state.

Lindsay Lohan...The Innocent Years...

It breaks my heart to see this image of a bright, blue eyed little girl, full of innocence with her whole life in front of her…Was it the industry, her mother or the pressure of celebrity status that caused Lindsay to lose control, spiraling downward with no safe landing in sight???  Some people are just not cut out for the entire package that comes along with being famous…Some turn to alcohol, drugs, or both to cope or avoid feeling anything at all…We see it all the time on the news and in the paper.  How do you help these young people from going to the dark side…

Even though Lindsay continues to attend her weekly court ordered alcohol education program, she is still out partying until all hours of the night.  Unfortunately, she continues to be seen publicly falling down and slurring her words.  Not a good image for one so young…The once admired celebrity is now looked upon with pity…

What's that in your hand Lindsay??? And the million dollar question..."why isn't mama Dina going to bat for you..."

Let’s hope that someone who knows Lindsay, (other than her parents who both seem to be in denial), get her some help before it’s too late:(
