• To get Emma’s super, sexy look, apply a ruby red lipstick like Chanel’s Rouge Allure Rouge Byzantin. This satin lip color will give your lips a luminous, sleek look that will last all day.

• The secret to Emma’s flawless complexion? Less is more.  Obtain an envy-worthy, flawless complexion by applying Smashbox’s Photo Finish Foundation Primer to your face and finish with a liquid foundation to even out your skin tone. Use a sponge for fuller coverage, and a foundation brush for a more sheer look.

• · Finish with Smashbox’s Halo Hydrating Perfecting Powder. To add a touch of shimmer to your cheeks, dab on Dior’s Ultra Shimmering All Over Face Powder.

There are two things I absolutely love about Kristen Stewart’s beauty look here – one, she embraced her natural hair texture in all its summery cuteness and two, she opted for a makeup look that actually enhanced the whole just-rolled-off-the-beach beauty vibe. And that’s a vibe I can get down with. How ’bout you?

As always with every awards show we like to cover them our way, and that means giving it to you straight from the beauty pro’s themselves.  For the InStyle Golden Globes party in Beverly Hills, makeup artist Fiona Stiles gave Camilla Belle eyes that were inspired by the sea. “I went with a sultry eye shaded in watery blues and silvery grays,” she says. “Then I blended a blue-teal under the lower lashes and smoked out the edges with grayish purple.”

She brushed pale gray all over, blue-gray on the outer corners, and rimmed the eyes with black liner. She finished with three coats of mascara on the top, but left the bottom lashes bare. “I wanted the color underneath to feel soft and airy,” she said. A beautiful look that sounds like it could be difficult, but with the right tools easier than you think. Vera Farmiga’s matte pink lips were subtle and yet statement-making all at once. We loved this look but realize it may not be for you. If a bold pink shade feels like too much, then go for a dusty more warmer shade like the one makeup artist Tina Turnbow chose. The result will still give you the fun of a hot pink lip without being too sweet, and paired with beautiful eyes as seen on Vera, it’s a red carpet winner!
