You can get this “Red Carpet Look” at home using Oscar Blandi’s fabulous hair products just by following his tips below…

Step 1: To create this look, the base is critical. Let 70% of the hair air dry and apply Oscar Blandi Volumizing Spray ($18, available at Sephora.com) from roots to end. Flip the hair upside-down and blow-dry on low mild heat.

Step 2: Secure all the hair at the nape of the neck with an elastic, using your fingers as a comb to separate the hair for a natural pulled back effect. Wrap individual hair sections around the ponytail and secure with hair pins for a undone chignon.

Step 3: Lightly pull out hair around the hairline to create a tussled loose frame around the face.

Step 4: Finish with Oscar Blandi Lacca Hairspray ($23, available at Sephora.com) for shine and a flexible hold.

Coil is a light mist that smells yummy adding more bounce to your curls.  Carry the travel size “coil” in your purse to spritz some extra spring to your hair all day long.  You can use it on dry or wet hair and scrunch away girls…Key ingredients include glycerin, hydroxypropyltrimonium hydrolyzed wheat amino acids, hydroxypropyltrimonium, cocodimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed hair keratin, benzophenone-4 (UV light filter to keep hair color from fading), & aloe barbadensis gel (tissue restorer, an anesthetic, anti-bacterial, moisturizing & soothing).  Retails for $17.

THERMAFUSE Boost (thickening spray)

Boost does exactly what is says…just spritz on the roots of your hair to create more volume and body than you ever had!  Spray all over your hair for more texture, thickness and support.  Boost is also great to use with curling irons and roller setting.  Use on damp hair for best results.  Key ingredients are similar to the above products.  Retails for $17.

Once your hair is dry, comb your fingers through your hair to smooth out your curls.

Oscar Blandi is a renowned stylist who has been doing celebrities hair for decades.  His sophisticated style always keep them in the spotlight and are timeless.  This year he had the pleasure of styling actress Sofia Vergara’s hair from “Modern Family,” for Golden Globes 2010.
