Bryce Dallas Howard and husband Seth Gabel, former star of Dirty Sexy Money, are the proud parents to their second child, a healthy baby girl.  Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel, was born on Jan 19, 2012, and weighed 8lbs 6oz.  Byrce and Seth already have a son named Theo, who was born in 2007.

“The Help” actress famously spoke out about her postpartum depression following Theo’s birth in 2007.  “Do I wish I had never endured postpartum depression? Absolutely,” she wrote on friend Gwyneth Paltrow’s GOOP blog at the time. “I feel deep gratitude for those who stood by me, for the lesson that we must never be afraid to ask for help.”

However, this time Bryce entirely embraced her pregnancy and enjoyed the experience.  She did admit to People magazine, that she was constantly “a little nauseous” back in September, but that in comparison to her first pregnancy, was nothing!

“It’s so much easier to be pregnant the second time around because you’re not as worried about things and you know what to expect,” she told Access Hollywood during her pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Ron and his pals are already expecting great things for the newest member of the family.  Director M. Night Shyamalan tweeted after Ron’s announcement…“I’ll be waiting to cast Beatrice in a few years!”

Get ready for the 84th annual Academy Awards

Let’s start with Michelle Williams for her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in “My Week With Marilyn.”  She did a wonderful job as Marilyn and we loved her hair just a bit longer.  Michelle doesn’t need much help.  However, her hair could use a little help!  Although she prefers her “Peter Pan” cut, the shape of her face could use just a wee bit of length.  We see Michelle wearing a long fitted light colored gown, with an open back, and simple diamond earrings since ‘diamonds are a girls best friend…‘

Next is seasoned actress Glenn Close for her performance in “Albert Nobbs,” the turn of the century Irish writer who was really a woman.

Ms. Close might choose to do a few touch ups before her stroll down The Red Carpet.  Glenn could use a good facial to brighten up her skin followed by some botox around her eyes, mouth, and forehead.  This will give her a more relaxed youthful look to keep up with her younger competitors.  Although Ms. Close tends to wear suits to these affairs, we’re hoping to see her in a long luxurious gown by Vera Wang or Versace in either black or red.  A diamond/pearl studded choker with matching earrings and gloves that go up the length of her arms, would be the perfect accessories for this classy elegant lady…

Actress Melissa McCarthy for Best Supposrting Actress in "Bridesmaids"

We are HUGE fans of Melissa McCarthy.  But Melissa, you need a new personal makeup artist!  Our on staff celebrity makeup artist Beth Bender, is already on call for a few stars but would be more then happy to help you!  Melissa could definitely use a new hair style and should never wear red lipstick again!  Definitely not her color.  Let’s start her off at Byu-ti Hair Therapy located in Santa Monica.  Already home to celebs Adele and Kim Kardashian.  Owner Natasha Sunshine and her entire staff will make Melissa look Red Carpet Ready in no time!  Melissa would look great in a Calvin Klein blazer with a long skirt…maybe even a side split up her left leg.  Her hair up with a few loose curls cascading around her face.

Our last Celebrity Red Carpet Pick is Viola Davis for her performance in “The Help.“  In person, Viola always looks great.  Her character Aibileen, a maid in the early 1960′s, could definitely have used some help (no pun intended).  BSW just loves her look and Viola might only need a good rub down to keep her stress level and nerves at ease.  We are hoping to see her grace The Red Carpet wearing a classic gown with a bit of a trail in copper, gold or silver to match her beautiful deep dark skin tone.  Viola will have no problem wearing a red lip color, (unlike Ms. McCarthy), with a silvery/grey smoky eye with just a touch of black eye liner.

Well, it’s official…Another celebrity powerhouse couple bites the dust.  Supermodel Heidi Klum and Seal are throwing in their marriage towel!

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate,” the supermodel and Grammy-winning singer said.  “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart,” the statement said. “This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.”

This celebrity couple started dating in 2003 and have been married for 7 years.  They have 3 children together, Henry, 6, Johan, 5 and Lou, 2.  Leni, 7, is from a previous relationship of Klums.

“We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children’s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy,” they said in the statement.

Gotta wonder…if they love each other so much, why not try to work it out?  It’s called counseling people…

Rainey Qualley, actress Andie McDowell‘s daughter, was Miss Golden Globe 2012 at the L’Oreal Paris’ star-studded cocktail party.  Tina Fey, Joey Maalouf, and more attended this ultra glam party at The Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, last Saturday.  The party commemorated the 40th anniversary of L’Oreal Paris’s famous “Because You’re Worth It” slogan.  Andie McDowell has been a brand spokesmodel for 25 years now!

The night showcased some of L’Oreal’s hottest products for spring and also gave tribute to all the guys and gals who represent what being worth it is all about.  “Our hottest accessory this spring is definitely the Color Riche nail color line. It’s a collection of 42 shades with four main color categories including Iconic Muse, Hopeless Romantic, Femme Fatale, and Trendsetter. The Trendsetter is the one to watch because it’s the only line where the colors change up every season!” said Leah Bradley, head of PR for L’Oreal.

L’Oreal decided to turn it into a nail polish, in honor of the slogan turning 40.  Guests received a complimentary swag bag that included the new nail shade “Because You’re Worth It,” a subtle gold with a light shimmer that’s pitch perfect for awards season!  Also included in the swag bag:  shampoo, hairspray, and cleansing conditioner from the new Ever Style collection which is the first ever 100 percent alcohol free styling product line from L’Oreal.

So what can we expect to see in big hair trends this year at the awards shows?  Movies like The Help and My Week with Marilyn are really inspiring modern versions of throwbacks to old Hollywood.  There will be lots of ‘60s hairstyles that focus on smoothness and bigger hair on the red carpet.

The highlight of the evening…The Wall of Worth which is a huge framed print of L’Oreal’s slogan written in as many global languages as could fit onto the space.  Throughout the entire night, the wall was ever-changing with scrawled John Hancocks from stars including Tina Fey, Entourage star (Mrs. Ari) Perrey Reeves, Hannah Simone from New Girl and Joey Maalouf from The Rachel Zoe Project.  Fun, fun, fun…

Michelle Williams’ took home the Golden Globe award last night for her performance in “My Week With Marilyn.”  She immediately thanked her littlest fan and biggest inspiration, Matilda, her 6 year old daughter.

“I consider myself a mother first and an actress second, and so the person I most want to thank is my daughter, my little girl, whose bravery and exuberance is the example that I take with me in my work and in my life,” Williams said upon receiving her statuette.

Williams beat out other A-listers like Charlize Theron and Jodie Foster to take home the prize for her spot-on portrayal of the late Hollywood legend.  According to the actress, she couldn’t have done it without the help of her young daughter!

“I want to say thank you for sending me off to this job every day with a hug and a kiss,” she said during her speech. “I couldn’t have done it any other way.”

This is Williams’ first Golden Globes win — she was nominated for her turns in both “Blue Valentine” and “Brokeback Mountain.”

In the past, Williams has often said that she dreams about “quitting acting” and “walking away and becoming a laundress or a sous chef or maybe writing other people’s love letters for a living.”  Luckily for audiences, however, Williams is thus far looking to continue her work in Hollywood thanks in great part to her daughter’s support and patience.

“It makes me so excited to come home at night,” the actress said of spending time with her daughter, thanking her “for suffering for six months of bedtime stories, where all the princesses were read aloud in a Marilyn Monroe sounding voice.”

The Glee star (in Marchesa) took home the Favorite TV Comedy Actress award, while The Vampire Diaries actress (in Elie Saab) won for Favorite TV Drama Actress. “Put the Award on the counter, admiring it whilst I attack a giant piece of Monday’s birthday cake. I’m in heaven,” Tweeted Dobrev, who turned 23 this week.
