Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Frank Ryan recently performed 10 procedures on Heidi Montag, ranging from breast implants, to a brow lift, to fat injections in her cheeks. Talk about carving out the best years of her life.
Now he tells BSW he won’t operate on The Hills star, 23, again.
“There’s really nothing to do!” he told BSW last Tuesday at the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lights Camera Fashion Pre-Oscar Party. “I told Heidi that, ‘What are you going to do? You’re done!” Finally a plastic surgeon who knows when enough is enough.
Montag recently said she didn’t get her DDD breasts “as big as I originally wanted!” Has she looked at herself in the mirror lately? If they were any bigger she would fall over!
Her first order of business since her new look was to fire her husband. The plastic blonde bombshell gave Spencer Pratt the boot, and instead has opted for a manager with a little more foresight. You guessed it, Aiden Chase, a psychic and telepathic guru will now be making all of her business decisions.
It’s a shame she didn’t hire Chase before her plastic surgery, and can only hope his “intuition” would have given her advice that made her wake up from whatever bad dream she was having.
Actress Kim Cattrall, best known for her sexy role as BFF Samantha on HBO’s Sex And The City, is 53 and hotter than eva! She was born in Widnes, England (just 16 miles from Liverpool) and moved to Canada with her parents at 3 months old. Kim has appeared on many television shows including Columbo, Starsky and Hutch, Family, The Paper Chase, and Charlie’s Angels.

In her latest role playing a mistress in Roman Polanski’s TheGhost Writer, Kim said, “that this character was very different from her usual Samantha role and working with Polanski kept her on her toes!” As for Sex And The City 2, well that was like being at home. “Summer camp,” said Kim…This natural beauty has avoided plastic surgery unlike so many other celebs, but has admitted to having had Botox injections as well as some other injectables. She is scared to wake up and not recognize herself in the mirror like those who have already had cosmetic surgery…according to Miss Cattrall…”they look like aliens…” LOL…gotta agree:)
The BFF's of Sex and The City 2
Ladies, save the date…May 28, 2010…Sex and The City 2 will be released in theaters…so, get the girls together and go!
Hair was up and away from the face on many celebrities at this years Oscars, but the makeup was a different story. Rachel McAdam’s decided to go for pastel smoky eyes, and compliment the cool colors of her gown. Not so easy to tell from this photo, but from the red carpet they were gorgeous.
To get the look makeup artist Beth Bender of Beth Bender Beauty suggests blending a light pink, rose gold, and light plum shadow on the eyelids, (try The LOL Beauty Eyeshadow Palette, $36). You can use the smoky eye stencil included in the kit to create the shape in seconds. “Add more color to the lids if you desire a more dramatic look,” says Bender.
Keep the lips neutral with a touch of XXX Luscious Lip Plumping Gloss in Baby Doll, a sheer pink petal shade.
Most of the time Jennifer Aniston’s makeup is simple and chic with a golden glow that needs nothing more than a little lip gloss and eyeliner, but at the London premiere of The Bounty Hunter, she turned up her red carpet look a notch with a soft shimmery shadow.
To get Jen’s new look, celebrity makeup artistBeth Bendersuggests rimming your eyes with a black waterproof liner first, and then topping it with a grayish-silver shadow. This will give you color without covering the entire eyelid for a lush, and unfussed effect. Finish with 2 coats of your favorite lengthening, and thickening mascara in black, and off you go.
A week in the life of reality show celebrity Kate Gosselin……
Earlier in the week Kate Gosselin took out her $7,000 extensions, showing off a new bob with lush, side-swept bangs on Wednesday in New York City, but on Saturday Days after sporting a bob with side-swept bangs, the reality mother of eight, put her extensions back in while speaking Saturday at the Women’s Expo in South Bend, Ind.
Earlier this week, her hair stylist Ted Gibson said that the 34-year-old mother of eight was switching up her ‘do in preparation for her Dancing With the Stars debut on March 22.
“We’re taking them out and we’re not putting them back in until Thursday, so she’ll have short hair for a day,” he told BSW, adding that he planned on using “three different shades of blonde, a caramel, a beige blond and a little bit of a lighter blonde.” All that sounds just great, but 7,000 for hair extensions that don’t even look like real hair?!She may be a celebrity, but she definitely needs to learn a thing or two about hair extensions.
Since she began Dancing With the Stars rehearsals, her children have not been thrilled by their mama’s absence. With five nannies tending to the kids they are still wondering “When is Mommy coming home?’” an insider tells BSW.
Although Gosselin insists her children are “happy and thriving and we’re working together while we figure out the new normal. While they’re in school I’m working hard as a mom, and a working and traveling mom. Balancing both. It’s very difficult.”
Before leaving the event on Saturday she asked attendees to vote for her on Dancing With the Stars, which kicks off next Monday. “I’m dancing everyday,” she said. “It is so out of the ordinary for me. I am counting on your votes, by the way. I don’t even care if I dance horribly. I need them. I need all the help I can get!
This mother of 8 has come a long way from Pennsylvania, hasn’t she…it seems like the in thing is to have a bunch of kids, get a few nips and tucks…voila...YOU ARE A CELEBRITY! What was I thinking??? Having a modeling and acting career first…DA!!! Should have had a liter of kids first then I’d be a celebrity too!!!
Kate Gosselin - The New Generation of Motherhood
But, I’m digressing…maybe a little bitter…lol:) After having a successful reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8, free plastic surgery, and newly divorced, this lady is ready to get back into the lime light…Kate Gosselin with her dance partner Tony Dovolani, have been rehearsing the Viennese Waltz, and on March 22, 2010 they will debut it on Dancing With The Stars…Kate was all ready to start filming a cleaner version of Kate Plus 8, but got an offer to dance that she couldn’t refuse. Again tagged as a neglectful mother for leaving her kids on another coast, Kate speaks out on how hurtful the accusations are…“The guilt factor is huge. All the other lies people want to tell, that’s one thing. But these lies about the kind of mother I am, they need to stop. I’m tired of defending myself.”
Well, I can’t say I blame her…So, Kate’s determined to be a better person/mother by showing everyone how she’s worked hard at something she is not good at…dancing…Since her dance transformation began, Kate has been flying back home on Tuesday nights to be with her kids then back to LA on Sundays to rehearse. According to Kate, her new lifestyle has given her blocks of time to be with her children as well as financially provide for them…and let’s not forget…this mom is having some fun for herself…and there is nothing wrong with that!
Hayden Panettiere of “Heroes” just got a brand new hair makeover. The girls in the beauty dept. at BSW really love it, but want to know what you think?
We think the new color not only gives her complexion a radiant glow, but makes her gorgeous green eyes pop even more. You can decide for yourself, by taking a minute to check out our poll. Her new extensions look great too, and yes practically everyone in Hollywood has them, but who cares. It’s only hair people!

Supporting actress nominee for “Up In the Air” Vera Farmiga took a big fashion risk with her huge, ruffled fuschia-toned Marchesa gown. To balance out her look, hairstylist Lona Vigi, who also created Cameron Diaz’s do, kept Vera’s tresses low-key, but still full enough to see the hair from straight on.
“It’s a lot of dress,” Vigi said, “and it’s beautiful and vibrant, so we basically wanted to keep the hair off her face, but also keep it strong.” The key to creating the look was making sure Farmiga’s hairstyle complemented her narrow face shape. “We wanted to make sure we saw hair on the bottom when you looked at her straight-on, especially with her face shape. I didn’t just want to have no hair.”
Vigi achieved volume on top and bottom, without losing the pretty proportionsby First drying Farmiga’s hair with a Velecta Paramount blow-drier, using Volumizing Catalyst for lifting the roots from LiQWD, and for added volume on top, she used a round brush and concentrated on the roots.
Next Vigi gently back-combed the hair on top and in the back to get a little lift all-around. She then tied the bottom section to the nape of her neck with an elastic, wrapping the ponytail, section by section, into a loose chignon secured by bobby pins. “Vera’s like me, we don’t like hair super constricted, so it looks really serious,” she said.
Next, the hairdresser added a Fred Leighton diamond brooch to her hair on the left-back side for a little extra bling, and finally, she sprayed the entire look with L’oreal Elnett hairspray for a light hold.
