I don’t know about you, but whenever I am checking out celebrities on the red carpet I always notice the ones whose skin is glowing. The ones whose dewy complexions are planted on all the front pages, and the ones who obsess over their skin as much as I do.

If you’re interested in getting this look, here are some simple and easy steps to follow.

A good hydrating mask is a great way to begin. It will prep your skin, remove any dry patches, and is essential to achieving a beautiful glow. Next, you will want to apply some moisturizer, before covering up any blemishes. Either a concealer stick, or liquid will do, but using a concealer brush will give you the perfect application.

Next, using either a foundation brush, or sponge, apply a touch of foundation, but only where your complexion needs it. This is only to even out your skin tone before the next step.

Once this is done, take your bronzing powder and apply wherever the sun hits your face, ie; your cheekbones, bridge of nose, chin and forehead. Next, add either a rosy or peach tone blush to the apples of your cheeks to make them pop, and finish the look. I usually like to add a touch of loose mineral powder with a brush and lightly go over to soften any lines. A cream bronzer and blush work really beautifully too.

Hollywood has moved to Utah for the week, and Aveeno has the real scoop at this years Sundance film festival. Yesterday celebrities continued to make their way in to the Aveeno Suite for some real TLC with Aveeno Celebrity Hair Stylist Patrick melville.

Their first appointment of the day was with the lovely Kaycee Stroh and her only request was to get volume that would last all day. John Ortiz stopped by the AVEENO suite yesterday looking for a remedy for his untamed curls; after all, he was attending the premiere of his new film “Jack Goes Boating” later on that evening. The Four Seasons Hotel was just buzzing yesterday with Golden Globe hype, and the Bender Sisters were there in the thick of it!!!  The AFI Awards were in motion, HBO was having a special luncheon, and the suites were in full swing on the upper levels.

We landed in The Burton Room for the HBO Luxury Lounge and were greeted by some lovely young girls who guided us through the suites.  Our first stop was Simmons Jewelry whose Creative Director is Russell Simmons.

The Bender Sisters were officially exhausted and on the way out ran into our favorite publicist Lana with her client Rick Yune, who we met at The Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards. While chatting out front of the Four Seasons we also ran into Bill Paxton of Big Love & Jane Krakowski of 30 Rock just to name a few…

until our next event…the girls are signing off…but we are ready and waiting for the Golden Globes to air tomorrow and we are taking notes…catch our posts on Monday:)
