Nicole Richie confesses to BSW Buzz she is not so great when it comes to putting on makeup, saying “I do not know how to wear it at all. It’s so bad,” admits Richie. Hard to believe since she has such an amazing fashion sense and great style.
But she does have her beauty favorites, and as a red carpet regular and House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate designer, Nicole Richie is still one lady who knows how she likes her eyeliner. Thick and sexy please! Years ago Nicole was a celebrity runway model during LA’s fashion week and was given a Get in Line Eyeliner Stencil Kit from beth bender beauty who happened to be the cosmetic sponsor. The rest as they say is eyeliner history.
So now you have it, Nicole’s secret to her always perfect eyeliner even if she claims to be not so good.
She does do her own hair for anyone asking.

Keri Russell, the “Felicity” star gave birth to a daughter on Dec. 27, 2011, making her family with husband Shane Deary, now four. Russell, 35, has a 4 1/2 year old son River. Russell and Deary named their new baby girl Willa Lou.

According to a close family source, “everyone’s happy and healthy.” Keri announced her pregnancy back in July and managed to keep a low profile as her baby bump grew over the past few months. Russell and Deary wed in 2007, and are one of the few famous couples who’ve actually been able to keep their personal lives out of the spotlight.
Russell said back in 2010 about her work/family life, “I like getting to be in the adult world a little bit and then getting to be in the mom world and cook dinners. For me, that balance is what makes it nice.”

Mila Kunis has been revealed as the new face of Christian Dior, despite being a “jeans and T-shirt” kind of girl. Kunis, who appeared alongside Miss Dior Chérie face Natalie Portman in 2010 thriller Black Swan, is the latest in a long line of movie stars such as Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly, to be associated with Dior.

The 28-year-old actress is thrilled with her appointment, although admits her day-to-day style doesn’t always match the luxurious Dior aesthetic. “I’m honestly just learning about fashion,” Kunis told WWD January 5, adding she’s a “jeans and T-shirt” type. In Kunis’s just-released images for Dior, the star can be seen showcasing the latest versions of the Miss Dior handbag.
French actress Marion Cotillard, who has fronted the Lady Dior bag since 2008, is set to continue her associations with the brand and Dior is planning for a similarly long-running partnership with Kunis.
“Mila Kunis is a very talented young actress; she embodies the true modern woman. Her performance in Black Swan was remarkable. She is very gifted,” said Dior’s Delphine Arnault. “We are looking forward to a long relationship with her.”
Kunis’s Dior Spring campaign, was shot by Mikael Jansson, and starting January 15, will appear in international fashion publications. We can’t wait!

Get the Look with M.A.C and makeup artist Stacey Ellis of Byu-ti Salon, Santa Monica.
Face: Apply Matchmaster Foundation on a sponge or foundation brush.
Dust Studio Careblend/Pressed Powder over to set the liquid foundation
Apply Cremeblend Blush color, Something Special, with a sponge to blend
Eyes: Start the eyes with the lightest color, Mylar from the inside corner work up and under the brow.
Next apply the purple/brown color called Haut, from the outer corner, across the eye lid and with a finer brush create a soft line under the eye.
Line the top lash line with Technakohl Liner Purple Dash, soften this liner with a Q-tip.
Finish the eye with two coats of Plush Lash Mascara
Lips: The Lipstick color, Sandy B, is the perfect warm shade with a slight shimmer.
