You can find most neutral shades in your local drug store, Target, Walmart or Beauty Supply store. BSW suggests testing out the color first (if you can) to make sure it matches your skin tone. And a nice clear gloss or lipstick will always do the trick hands down if you are not sure about the right neutral shade for you.
