Zooey Deschanel with soon to be ex Ben Gibbard

 

The star of the ‘New Girl’ is now a single girl. Zooey Deschanel and husband Ben Gibbard have separated after two years of marriage, their rep confirms. ‘It was mutual and amicable. There was no third party involved,’ a source told BSW Buzz of the couple, who tied the knot near Seattle, Wash. in Sept. 2009.

Oh, well…guess she wanted her life to reflect her new show!
