Its hot and its happening now… bright bright bright!  Yes the trend just happens to be the brightest neon lip colors.  A true throwback to the days of YSL, Dior and Max Factor,  yet the colors today are singing to different group of fashionistas.

Of course you know I always say, if it doesn’t work for you, then leave it alone, and move on to the next.  Lip color may seem brighter then ever, but the truth is, its not for everyone, and certainly not for every occasion.  The good news is, that it’s fun, and chic!  So if it seems too much for you at the moment, try and find a place for it in your beauty heart, since this trend looks to be around for a while, and expected to be bigger then ever this spring 2012.

Quinntin’s Tips For A Perfect Lip Finish:

1. Use a foundation to clean up any darkness around the lip, especially corners of the month.
2. Powder over the edges lightly, as not to have the foundation bleed into lip color.
3. Use a lip pencil in the same shade,or slightly lighter than the lip color, and outline the lips.  You    may fill in the lips with the pencil as well.  This will ensure a more perfect finish.
4. Use a lip brush to apply the lip color, and blot, then apply a second layer.
5. Done
