Scarlett Johansson is showing her dark side!
For her upcoming role in Under the Skin, the 26-year-old actress rocks a short, curly brunette wig with a full set of bangs on the movie’s set in Glasgow, Scotland Monday.
The natural blonde, who dyed her hair red back in May for her role in The Avengers, plays a man-eating alien seductress kidnapper in the Jonathan Glazer-directed sci-fi flick.
Looks like the sexy space alien role is a good fit for Johansson and her assets, which were passed up for the lead spot in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo for being too voluptuous for the edgy, “pale, anorexic young woman” character.
“Scarlett Johansson was great. It was a great audition, I’m telling you. But the thing with Scarlett is, you can’t wait for her to take her clothes off,” director David Fincher told Vogue about giving the part in his American adaptation of Stieg Larsson’s blockbuster crime novel to lesser-known actress Rooney Mara.
