Too hot to even think about putting your makeup on in the summer heat? You figure, why bother when it will be slippin and slidin down your face? Well, girls my go-to product this summer has been my NYX Mosaic Powder! Hands down this is one of my favorite beauty finds! I can see why they call it a “light switch for the face”. Each compact is a medley of 5 coordinated colors that, when applied with a brush, give you a swirl of color.
I dust it in on my cheeks, and then brighten up my eyes by using it as a base color all over my lid. It’s perfect alone, or complimented with a deeper bronze taupe in the crease. A quick and easy way to give yourself a little ‘pick me up’ on a hot summer day. There are 12 different color combos to choose from, but my favorite is Dare. It’s a blend of bronze and pinks that gives just the right amount of balance for a summer time glow.
I think Spice and Café just might have to find their way into my makeup bag for Fall, as they are full of rich plums and spicy browns. If you’re a coral girl, try Love it’s packed with gorgeous hues of terracotta and tangerine. Packed with color, this handy little compact is only $8.
