I am not one to go gaga over most eye looks, but these were impossible not to notice. Talk about sexy, hot cat eyes. Is it me or did the temperature just go up 10 degree’s? The uber popular cat eye continues to rule, and with celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Nicole Richie, Lauren Conrad, and Beyonce, seen here, all sporting them, it will once again take center stage for fall beauty.

Beyonce went for more of a smoky cat eye in this feature spread for Harper’s Bazaar Magazine with a very thick cat eye liner that covers her entire eyelid, and underneath her eye as well. Of course with a look this hot, we thought you might want to know how to get it, so we asked top Hollywood celebrity make-up artist Piper Cline, of Angelo David Salon in NYC to share the secret behind Beyonce’s fabulous cat eyes for the UK edition of Harper Bazaar’s September edition.

Beyonce’s Super Hot Cat Eyes

“Everyone wants to be able to create this look, what’s not to love, but getting them perfect is the trick, and the easiest way to achieve this is by using a cat eyeliner stencil. I recommend the Get in Line Eyeliner Stencil Kit from Beth Bender Beauty to all of my clients. It’s fabulous, and does the guessing for you with the cat eye stencil. It fits any eye shape and does the most sexiest cat eyeliner in under only a few minutes.”

The Get in Line Eyeliner Stencil Kit

Simply place the cat eye stencil over your eye and fill in with color. The closer you place the stencil to your lashline, the thinner the cat eye will be. If you placed the stencil so that it covers the entire eyelid, you will get Beyonce’s look.

You can use the ‘Bottom liner’ Stencil to create eyeliner under the eyes as seen here. For a thicker line place the stencil slightly away from the lashline.

That’s it,  and you’re done!  Are you going to give the cat eye stencil at try? If so send us your cat eyes and let us know what you think.
