BSW INSIDE SCOOP: Scarlett’s look was very young and fresh,” says celebrity makeup artist Beth Bender. To create this Oscar look, four colors of eye shadow were used. A light gold, and copper were applied to the eyelid and up into the crease, and a blue black shadow was applied along the lids. For an extra pop the rim of her eyes were lined with both gold and black eyeliner for a glittery, dimensional look.
