Through her well-established network of professionals, Ms. Certilman works with only the most reputable jewelry designers, gemologists and wholesalers of diamonds and pearls. She recently expanded her business to offer what she calls ‘Madison Avenue Service with 47th Street prices’ for her clients that want to buy diamond jewelry but don’t have the time or knowledge to negotiate on their own. “I love helping people figure out and get exactly what they want at the price they want to pay,” she says.

“Jewelry should be worn and not collect dust in a box,” she often tells her clients and friends. With Certilman’s help, lots of jewelry will be making its way into the fresh air again.
