At the 2010 Hollywood Style Awards in Los Angeles, Emily Blunt showed off her own smoky eye style with a sculpted slate eye shadow. Usually seen in plums and purples, but oh how her eyes sparkled and got our attention immediately.
If you’re thinking of playing with the same color’s as Emily, topping it off with a dusting of a white, or a beige shimmer shadow will tone down the depth of the darker hue, and brighten your entire face. Slate eyes are a fabulous alternative to the classic darker version seen on other Hollywood celebs, and make just as much of an impact.
