Two more days until the scariest night of all….well that depends on what you consider scary. My favorite part of course is the makeup, and I am usually the one doing all of my friends before venturing out to be naughty for the night.

Maybelline Gel Eyeliner
To create your cat eyeliner you can start by using a black shadow and Cat Eyeliner Stencil first to get the shape just right, and then with a fine brush, apply your gel Liner over. This is the easiest and quickest way to do.

Not ot go off point but take a look at all of the shading going on to thin her nose. In person some don’t even recognize the pop star without makeup. Hard to believe that such soft colors could create such an impact, but with her ultra false lashes added to the mix this look is unstoppable.
