Bubble & Bee Organic Products

Bubble & Bee

Bubble & Bee Organic Stick

I stumbled upon this company called Bubble & Bee who make pure, organic products. From the get-go, they were awesome, responding quickly to my email and sending me two cool products to sample.

As soon as I received my package, I examined the ingredients. Its a smart idea to read all the ingredients for everything you  put on your body. We don’t want an overload of chemicals, right?

And Bubble & Bee offer nothing but gentle, pure ingredients. I think you might be able to eat the lotion stick if you were really hungry. Use it on your kids, try it on a toddler! This stuff is perfect.

The lotion stick is created from- Organic beeswax, organic cocoa butter, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic sweet almond oil, organic lime essential oil, certified organic coconut scent.

I love swiping this over my heels and elbows. Its perfect to rub over the tops of my hands which get dry often.

The organic lip balm is the bomb too! Just as pure as the lotion, this product- I tried the Coconut Lime-  has a lime essence I love. I’ve

been using this everday and it sits on my bathroom counter to apply before bedtime. As we age, the lips begin to lose collagen and thin out so I like to keep them moisturized. This natural balm does the trick!

Bubble & Bee offer a full range of products, all natural and organic. I am especially curious about their “Pit Putty” and shampoo.

Have you tried going organic? Did you stop using shampoo with sodium lauryl sulfates? Don’t even get me started about aluminumn in deodorants. Make a few healthy changes this month and see how you feel! Compare the ingredients from the products Bubble & Bee offer, with what you find in the drugstore (which I’ve used and liked but can  be…not so healthy).

For more on Bubble & Bee, please head over to their site and peruse what they have to offer!

Finding The Best Fall Fashions

Posted by Te-see on 17th September 2010

the new kim kardashianUnfortunately, most of the Fall fashions in Los Angeles aren’t too hot!  If you walk into most hip fashionable stores, you will notice a lot of charcoal gray, gray, black and taupe…Whoopee!!!  Where is the color, where is the style…I don’t know about you, but I’m looking for Wow!

Here are a few hot fashions I found at Harpers Bazaar that were worth sharing.  Really study the photos to get a sense of each style and how you too can wear something similar this Fall 2010 but also make it your own…

Love the fur color on this short jacket and the school uniform plaid skirt accompanied by the “Big Girl” sheer black thigh highs and black platform heeled shoes.  The purse looks a little like a leather lunch box, doesn’t it?  A fun, flirty high energy ensemble that will definitely get any teachers attention!

Love the layered look and it’s easy to get without breaking the bank!  I searched all my favorite bargain stores including Loehman’s, Forever 42 (really Forever 21, but all the shoppers are women in their 40′s)Macy’s and  H & M.  And low and behold…I found what I was looking for…not always an easy task…Long fitted skirts in army green and black that can be layered up with long sleeved fun tops, boxy sweaters, ruffled blouses and warm cozy yet stylish sweater jackets.  Long tank dresses in Fall colors that can be thrown over long sleeved striped cotton tops and accessorized with a wide cinch belt or loose chunky belt.  Add a pair of laced up boots or funky high top sneakers and you are ready for the Fall/Winter Fashion Look!

For shoes try DSW, Marshalls, Nordstroms Rack or Bakers.

I found a similar boot at Bakers for only $69. and so comfy…They look expensive and no one knows how much they actually cost…and they don’t have to know:)

Happy shopping girls!
