My answer to all the questions above is YES! Ever since I was 19 years old I have had lame lashes…I was introduced to waterproof mascara and eye lash curlers at 17 by a good friend and by age 19, my lashes had turned bad…Unfortunately, the older you get the worse they get.  I have used Latisse and have had some success.  But it seems that my lashes don’t take to it any more and that “WOW” effect is gone.
