Julia Roberts named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman in this weeks PEOPLE, is simple when it comes to her beauty routine, but knows when to hand over the reigns to the experts. With a career that has spanned over 20 years, she leaves certain things like her hair color, cut, and red carpet looks to her longtime beauty team and close friends, Serge Normant and Genevieve.

It’s almost hard to believe it’s been 20 years since Julia starred in Pretty Woman, but her relaxed attitude about beauty has kept her looking younger than her years. “She’s never looked more beautiful,” says Ryan Murphy, the director of her upcoming film, Eat, Pray, Love, based on the huge bestseller. “She is so happy and fulfilled and it shows.”

And why not? At 42, the mom of three has just signed her first beauty contract in January to become Lancome’s global ambassador. “It’s fun to find myself with this type of new career at my advanced age!” says Roberts. Advanced age! Julia don’t you know it’s not how old you are, but how you are old? 40 is the new 20, and you are living proof!

While Roberts still manages to have heads spinning on her less than frequent red carpet appearances, her beauty team reveals that it never takes more than two hours to get her ready for any event. “There is nothing contrived,” says her longtime hairdresser Serge Normant. “She believes you have to be comfortable, and you have to have a good time.”

Still, she does have a few beauty must haves that she loves according to Genevieve, her makeup artist for many years. Julia uses a tinted moisturizing instead of foundation, followed by a cream blush. “Her skin is amazing,” says Genevieve. Then comes Roberts fave part, eyeliner which she prefers smudged and sexy. “It’s something she can’t live without,” says Genevieve. She finishes her look with two coats of mascara, followed by a natural sexy lip “not too shiny” and that is it.

But, at home, Roberts favors a more relaxed look, and can usually be seen makeup-free and often in yoga pants. All part of her easy home life that she’s embraced since marrying cameraman Danny Moder. “She seems to have made peace with everything,” says her Pretty Woman director Garry Marshall, also a longtime pal. “He is a laid-back guy. Surfing is his big thing. He’s not a driving ambitious husband. They kind of enjoy being with each other without a big circus.” says Marshall.

And even her pal George Clooney agrees that she is as beautiful inside as she is on the out. “There’s a reason why Julia is a timeless beauty, and it has nothing to do with the way she looks,” he says. “It has everything to do with who she is.” Well said Geroge, not to mention your stock just went through the roof at BSW.

It’s official, Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from husband Jesse James and wants out of her five-year marriage. “Yes, I have filed for divorce,” the actress said in a statement made to the press. Also a surprise is the new man in her life, 3 1/2  month old Louis whom she adopted in January and has kept a secret until now.

In public, Sandra Bullock has been holding it together, but her private life has been a roller coaster ride from winning her first Oscar, to living through the heartache of her marriage falling apart due to the shocking news of her husband’s infidelity.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock said about new son Louis born in New Orleans. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”

Bullock, and husband Jesse James began the adoption process four years ago and brought Louis home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars. Only their close friends and family including James’s children Sunny, Jesse Jr., and Chandler, were in on the secret adoption, and just 10 days after her win at the Oscars, Bullock and James separated following reports that James had cheated.

We are thrilled by the news and think Sandra is going to make a wonderful mom!
