Slate Nail Polish

The obsession over Rachel Bilson, and her unique style continues to get the attention of fashionista’s and beauty & fashion editor’s everywhere. At a recent screening of Waiting for Forever in New York City, the fashionista’s again focused on Rachel Bilson’s cut-out dress. The beauty editors, however, were taken by her smudge-free perfectly applied eye liner, and clean, slate-hued fingertips.

The reason we love her look so much? She never dissapoints, and her neutral shade of Slate polish is just right for spring, when the weather is still warming up. It’s the perfect in-between season solution if you love to wear color on your nails. We also love the fact that she keeps them on the shorter side which seems to work for colors in these hues, and darker. Just make sure to look for shiny formulas, which are more modern than last year’s matte versions.

After an 8 year marriage to famed Basketball player Shaquille O’Neal, Shaunie O’Neal is ready to move on with her life.  At 35, five children (Myles, 12, from a previous relationship, Shareef, 10, Amirah, 8, Shaqir, 7, and Me’Arah, 3), Shaunie is done with long stretches of loneliness and rumored infidelities.

She told BSW that now she has a “purpose.”  She is executive producer and starring in VH1′s Basketball Wives, a reality show that revolves around the spouses & girlfriends of NBA players. Living in a multi-dollar house,driving her car of choice and being alone for long stretches of time, just didn’t seem like much of a life anymore.

Not only does Shaunie have a great job, she’s got a young hot boyfriend…“I’m the black Demi Moore,” Shaunie says. The good news is that she is finally in a happy place.  November 2009, Shaunie finally broke down and filed for divorce.  “It was a huge relief,” she told BSW.  “Now I can focus on my kids and I’m glad to be back in LA.”
