I also know I have not been eating all the fresh fruits and veggies that I enjoy so much getting from the farmer's market in the spring and summer, so my diet has suffered. I think everyone should detox once a year, I mean a real honest real detoxification of the body. I think this giveaway is fantastic and would be exactly what my body needs to jump start it back into a healthy state and allow me to enjoy all the fun, exciting outdoor activities that Spring and Summer allow us to do!
