Get Sandra Bullock’s Beauty Look On The Red Carpet
Posted by The Girls in the BSW Beauty Dept. on March 8th, 2010
I’m sure most of you Oscar die hards such as myself were watching the 82nd Annual Academy Awards last night! The dresses this year were gorgeous…I don’t think there was 1 that I didn’t like:) Ms. Sandy Bullock looked stunning in her gown, straight hair and red lipstick…
Her old Hollywood gown was designed by Marchesa and hugged her body in all the right places…The new Chanel Red Lipstick made a statement of it’s own…To get Sandra’s look (without the gown) try using a top of the line flat iron such as the new IZUNAMI which not only straightens hair but curls it as well. Her makeup is simple…use Beth Bender’s Cat Eye stencil from her “Get in line eyeliner” kit for the tight black eye liner around Sandy’s eyes, followed by a dusting of the ivory color all over the eye lid up to the brow bone. Add some Jane Iredale mascara for extra length and thickness and finish with the newest lip color shade Rouge Coco by Chanel. A classic look all in all…

Ladies I just loved this look on Sandra Bullock. Thank you for a great post. My birthday wish list just got a little longer.
I must have that Izunami flat iron and that eyeliner kit. Amazing!!!

Hi Girls
Wow what a great story! I wondered who the designer was for Sandra Bullocks gown. So beautiful. The red lipstick she was wearing was so pretty. Chanel is a little out of my budget though.
Any idea where I can find something similar but for under $10?
Cheers!

Thanks so much Heidi! We really love Sandra Bullock and were so happy when she won. Chanel lipsticks can be a bit pricey but they are gorgeous. You might try looking at Target. They have a great selection of beauty products and you can probably find a shade just like the Chanel lip color Sandra wore.
It is a red but it has blue undertones so it almost looks like a pink berry in color.

I think Sandra Bullock really earned her Oscar. She is one of the best actresses ever.
