Wow!! Is all I can say about this newest fashion partnership. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the hottest line of designer shoes and accessories would team up with anyone, but thankfully it was H&M, who have cornered the market on offering fabulous fashion forward clothing, shoes, and accessories at a fraction of the price, although their website could use lots of help with getting you to the right page, hmm…..very frustrating.

“I want my Jimmy Choo shoes” was the rallying cry this weekend in 200 cities  according to Market Watch as shoppers forgot about the recessionary gloom and waited in long lines for hours, just to get their hands on a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes for a mere $129.00. Compared to the hundreds of dollars they cost, I would say why not. If you saw how gorgeous, and S-E-X-Y these shoes looked you might just walk the line.

Tamara Mellon, Founder and President of Jimmy Choo recently said “We are privileged to be among the fashion greats who have been affiliated with H&M so far, and to be designing a collection appealing to fashion savvy, street smart women, and to be including some great pieces for men, too. They are glamorous and sexy, and they add instant style to the simplest of outfits. I like the way we have worked with clothes to accessorize the shoes and bags rather than the other way around. This collaboration is particularly exciting because it’s our first shoe designer collection. It’s a joy to be able to offer top end designer shoes and bags of excellent quality to our customers.” Amen!

For anyone who is a ‘die-hard’ Sex and The City fan, now is your chance to get your hands on a pair of Carrie’s sexy shoes, and must have clutches. They are just gorgeous, and worth the waiting in line, I promise.
