Beth and I just got back from the most fun filled Celebrity event hosted by Asics & Hello Kitty to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Hello Kitty one of my favorite all time characters…The room was filled with laughter, good food, drinks, sneakers and fabulous music by DJ Cobra that you couldn’t help but shake your booty too…

These 2 renowned companies have designed limited edition sneakers to honor Hello Kitty’s 35th anniversary.  Not only are they comfortable to wear but they are so totally hot to look at!!!

There were about 5 new designs to celebrate Hello Kitty’s 35th Anniversary and all of the guests couldn’t decide which design they liked best…including “The Sisters.”

Te-see, Robert LaSardo, Danielle Kasen & Hello Kitty

Robert was kind enough to hold “Kitty” for the photo.  He preferred the black & gold design (above photo) while his girlfriend Danielle picked the pink girlie design that Beth and I liked.  Robert La Sardo can be seen on “Nip Tuck” Season 6 and soon to be released “Wrath of Cain.”  What a great guy!!!  Originally from Brooklyn, New York.  As you can imagine the 3 of us New Yorkers bonded immediately…

Now our cute friend Chad Rogers (host of “Million Dollar Listing” on the Bravo Channel) preferred the black, gray and blue design…“I wonder if he could really get a million dollars for them???”

Also at the event was Gilles Marini with his lovely wife Carol and 3 year old daughter.

Celebs kept coming in and trying on sneakers…Asics Corporation has been around for more than 60 years offering a full line of performance-driven athletic shoes, technical active sports apparel and accessories.

The Bender sister’s want to thank Hello Kitty, Asics, Entertainment Fusion Group and all of those who put this event together.  These “special limited” designed sneakers rock my world and I can’t wait to show them off at the gym:)
