Beauty Style Watch’s Dina Cramer was on the scene Thursday, July 30 at Sephora Times Square New York to give us the Big Apple low down on Lauren Luke the Youtube over night sensation with her “how to apply make-up” videos.  In the past 12 months Lauren has skyrocketed to become the UK’s most watched channel on Youtube with over 43 million views and 230,000 subscribers across 70 countries.  As a result she has been able to launch her own line of cosmetics.

According to Dina…The joint was hopping with lots of press and anxious women waiting to meet Lauren to ask her advice on colors.  (The “Smoky classics” collection was recommended for my complexion.)  Lauren’s innate expertise is in teaching women how to create the hottest makeup looks inspired by Rihanna, Angelina Jolie, and Kylie Minogue as well as for everyday and special events looks. Her sense of self makes her easy to talk with and very helpful to the average woman who isn’t quite make-up savvy.

Lauren’s kit is very easy to use and comes with a light & dark shadow primer, 1 blush, 2 eye shadows, 1 eye liner, and 2 lip colors.  A full range of colors are available to suit all skin types (brushes excluded). The Sephora Team at Times Square couldn’t say enough about Lauren.  They just love her…
