If your body is out of balance you may be experiencing one or more of the following: Fatigue, moodiness, high cholesterol levels, stress, food cravings, loss of muscle tone, weight gain, difficulty losing weight, bloating, muscle aches and pains, inflammatory issues, constipation, depression, anxiety, insomnia brain fog headaches and nausea…

In today’s modern society, eating a balanced diet, exercising, and taking a multi-vitamin does not mean you are supplying your body with what it needs based on your genetic make-up. Now, with modern technology, we can wellness test and correct imbalances.

We need to supplement everyday to stay healthy~ the question is how much and what do you need specifically.

Much of the health care industry is focused on treating symptoms rather than investigating underlying causes. Testing is now available that can identify nutritional imbalances and toxicities underlying chronic diseases.  There is growing interest in nutrition and how it can affect health…Have you asked yourself…am I adequately nourished? Am I getting too much of a specific nutrient or am I not getting enough?  Testing is a way to figure out what your unique balance is.

We are each biochemically and metabolically unique. This makes our nutritional needs unique as well.

When you are in balance and are not deficient you can achieve more than weight loss, you can enjoy improved energy, increased metabolism, decreased body fat, decreased cravings, lower cholesterol, low blood pressure, enhanced blood management as well as achieve your ideal body weight, improve your mental fitness…improve your overall health and well being.
