Today my 6 year old daughter Ella and I got to experience the “Katie & Suri” Mother’s Day package which is now being offered until the end of May at the infamous Prive Salon on Beverly Blvd. in Hollywood, California.  Can I just say…WOW…Ella and I felt like princesses.  The staff couldn’t have been nicer and made us feel so comfortable.  I felt like I was home.  Some other salons in LA have made me want to run out the door as soon as I stepped into them.  Not the case here…

Beatrice who manages Prive welcomed us with her beautiful French manner and showed us to the waiting area.  Stephanie Romero came to get Ella and to briefly discuss what I wanted for her hair.  A few minutes later Lucy, a tall red haired beauty, escorted me to her station.  So, a trim and shaping for Ella and a color glaze for me.  Mother and daughter were now good to go…

This was the first time Ella and I had spent a lovely day together at a hair salon.  What a terrific way to spend Mother’s Day! Ella had no problem telling Stephanie what she wanted!  Having naturally curly hair Ella was not going for that look today…no way!  Ella’s look was transformed with straight hair and I couldn’t stop staring at her gorgeous hair!

Lucy did a fantastic job covering up the light color that had some how managed to jump out after my trip to Hawaii.  I was so happy to see it go back to my natural dark color.  Then the lovely Stephanie trimmed my hair and taught me a few things about my type of hair to boot.  I was very impressed by this young beautiful girl.  Now she knew hair!  By the end of our Katie & Suri appointment Ella and I were stylin’…
