Navy eyes are all the rage, and Hollywood stars like Zoe Saldana are lighting up the red carpet with varying shades of deep indigo. Intense navy eye color brightens the whites of your eyes, and adds a glamorous look on basic black rims.

To create a precise line, and perfect cat eyes, use your cat eyeliner stencil from Get in Line, and lay it over your eye. Using the fuller end of the brush dip into your shadow and sweep across the eye. Once you have the thickness and length you desire set with a navy gel liner.
