So sorry for your troubles trying to get honest information. I have had my teeth whitened and I have had trays made to use along with a bleaching gel. I have also used the whitening strips from Crest and they are just as good. You will notice a difference after using just a few times.

You can find the Crest Strips at Most drugstores, as well as Target and Walmart.

It is difficult to get the truthful information as far as I can see. One place tells you one thing and another place tells you something completely the opposite!
Well, I thought the best thing to do is get real advice from you guys as you may have personal knowledge re this area.
