How To get Perfect Black Eyeliner

Even a beauty newbie can get beautiful sultry eyes without a degree in liquid liner 101. If it’s a more intense stare you desire, then get it by lining your upper and lower rims with a black waterproof eyeliner. As seen here on Elizabeth Reaser.
The trick to getting them just right, is to make sure to always use a freshly sharpened eye pencil when lining the inner rims of your eyes. Using a powder shadow, liquid liner or an unsharpened pencil can irritate your eyes and spread infections. Not anything those beautiful eyes need. To catch any color that may fall, you can apply a powder shadow in Charcoal along the lashline, top and bottom and smudge to create a sultry look.
