Get ready for some gorgeous eye colors in violets, pale pinks, and lavenders. Easter is right around the corner, and pastel shades will be everywhere. Reese Witherspoon is already getting into the Easter spirit swapping her winter taupes and beiges for shades in light, airy violets. The result is, what can I say…extremely eye-opening!
To wear pale powder shadows with or without a shimmer, and without them taking on a chalky cast, apply in layers and add until you get the desired color. You can also start with a cream shadow first and then go over the eye with a shimmer powder. For shimmer shadows using your fingers is fine to do, especially if you only want a wash of color.
