Color, color, color! Nicole Miller was all about
dramatic blue eyes and makeup artist James Kaliardos created them using a gorgeous blue eye shadow. To get this
smoky eye look he had the help of
MAC Marine Blue Ultra Paint Stick. For anyone who is not familiar with these, they are just amazing. He finished by topping the eyes off with
Freshwater and
Atlantic Blue shadows to create intensity and depth. The result, an absolutely beautiful compliment to Nicole Miller’s Chic and feminine line for fall 2009.
At the Anna Sui Show Pat McGrath who is one of my favorite artists working in the industry today was backstage making sure each model looked stunning. Her talent as a makeup artist extends way beyond what she does during fashion week, and her vision of beauty is something that is truly a gift.
I always look forward to seeing her work at the shows, and especially love this look. Although the focus is on the cheeks, of course naturally I always go to the
eyes which in this case looked extremely alluring & sultry. Pat brightened up the models cheeks by using
Max Factor Color Genius Blush in Roses. She applied the color along the entire cheekbone which gave it a very flirty appeal. The smoky eyes were done using a
charcoal colored eyeshadow and lining the rims with a
waterproof Jetblack eyeliner. She added a wash of color underneath the eyes which gave them an even more seductive appeal.
What can we say…we just love beauty:-)

Tired of looking tired…want to put a little pep in your step…then Juvederm could be for you. Today Beth and I met with Dr. Celia Brown to talk about fillers and get Beth’s labia folds in her face filled with Juvederm.
Beth was so excited to look years younger. Dr. Brown explained that as we age our face gets thinner and loses volume. Juvederm is a temporary fix that lasts any where from 8 – 14 months. “It works best with the structural parts of your face since they don’t move and they are easier to fill,” said Dr. Brown.
