- I really want to win this for my best friend Audrey. Audrey and I work at a department store together. She is the supervisor of the Beauty department. When she 1st started working there, she was just a part time employee. The girl who was the supervisor had no beauty experience and would not even wear make-up to work. I told Audrey to just stay with it and one day she would be the supervisor because she was awesome. Audrey has always love cosmetology. Once the other supervisor quit (as I knew she would) Audrey was given the promotion. Since then, she has taken our little department to the top sales in our region! She has increased sales in some areas by 300%. She always loves to stay up on the latest techniques for skin care and make up application. I love her and she deserves this.
