Well, I have to say I read a lot of funny stories. It was a tough decision girls. I had my sister Beth help me make the final decision…and the winner is Marcy Strahan from Bridge City, Texas.
Beth and I had a good laugh…I could picture the entire scene!
Marcy is 45 years young. She is a mother who loves her family and life. She regrets nothing and looks forward to each day and what it may bring her! Her house is one of the few to survive Hurricane Ike. WOW…Someone was watching over her…

January 27th, 2009 at 2:31 pm eI once painted my toenails blue.
I thought hey that’s funny & cool.
They were more a blue gray.
While at church wearing my best open toed shoes……..at small child crawling on the floor screamed.
“What’s wrong?”, asked his mother.
“There’s a dead persons feet on the next row”, replied the child.
So somehow he thought gray blue toes looked like the feet on TV of people in a morgue.
FYI! I only were bright cheery healthy looking colors now or glitter colors.
After all ~I ain’t dead yet.
