Can we talk…I don’t know any girl who isn’t obsessed with the delicate skin around her eyes once she reaches the age of 30…do you???  I have tried hundreds of eye creams to stop the signs of aging.  But eventually, I feel like I’m applying in vein.  After about a month of religiously applying the cream around my eyes it doesn’t seem to look any different to me.  I know I’m my own worst enemy and my Dermatologist,  Dr. Celia Brown, located in the wonderful city of Woodland Hills, thinks I’m crazy!…maybe I am…
