We just love giving beauty tips all day long. Like these oh-so sexy smoky seen here on Kristen Chenoweth. Light eyes like Kristen’s can really benefit from colors like copper, bronze and gold. Our in house expert, Beth Bender and celebrity artist herself is no stranger to smoky eyes and she just loves using copper shadows to intensify light blue or light green eyes. “The contrast is so extreme it makes the eyes pop that much more“, says Bender.

To get the look Beth suggests using a copper shadow, and applying to the eyelid. Use the same color and sweep under your eyes too. You can add more depth by adding a shade slightly darker into the crease only and blending well. Use an eyeliner pencil and line the inside rim, top and bottom. Add a few lash clusters on the ends of each eye for extra style and to create thickness and volume. Finish with two coats of mascara and “leave the rest of the face neutral to bring the focus back to the eyes,” says Beth.

A gorgeous look for the holidays or anytime!
