Eva Mendes Gives Us Gorgeous Eyes

Posted by The Girls in the BSW Beauty Dept. on 4th July 2008

Eva Mendes’s Oh So Gorgeous Eyes

Seen here attending an event in NYC and looking just stunning. Her brows are pure perfection and her makeup is simply gorgeous. Playing up her brown eyes by using colors in ambers and bronze tones and just a hint of pink on her cheeks and lips. Get Eva’s eyes with ease using the new Get in Line Kit in SGB. Use the golden beige for the eyelid. Mix the golden tan and deep bronze before applying to the crease. Wet the deep bronze color and apply with an eyeliner brush along the top lash line. To get a perfect winged out eyeliner ala cat eye use the cat eye stencil that comes in the SGB kit.

For thick, long, gorgeous lashes finish the eyes with Supernova Mascara from Fresh and a pink sheer lip color on the lips. Try Liquid Lip glaze in Paris is Burning.  Of course you can’t go to the Ball without grooming your brows. Our favorite eyebrow guru Anastasia has the best eyebrow stencils hands down and I assure you your brows will look amazing. She has everything you need to create perfect brows and if you live in the Los Angeles area you can check out her products and have your brows done by the master herself.

Sexy Eyes For Summer

Posted by admin on 4th July 2008

It’s all about the eyes baby!

This summer is all about having fun with your makeup and the eyes are taking center stage once again.  Kristin Bell got it just right with her sexy green shadow showing us how gorgeous a smoky eye can look in the lightest of colors. To get this look start by adding a little eye color and building until you get the perfect intensity. Beth suggest using an eyeliner stencil for the perfect placement. Check out the newest kit from beth bender beauty, Girl On The Go which includes everything you need to create this gorgeous look, including this beautiful green shadow seen here on Kristin Bell.

Get cheeky With benefit’s posie tint

Posted by admin on 4th July 2008

New beauty must have from benefit

Everyone knows how I can’t live without my benefit high beam. I just love this product. I have two in my kit, one at my studio and one at home. Well the sister duo have done it again!

The newest gem which I have been loving is their posie tint. A pink petal lip and cheek stain that is just bang on with the perfect pink color. A lighter version of their cult-fav benetint. I used on a shoot last week and barely needed anything else. The models looked beautiful and the color didn’t move. Great when you have to drag your kit across the beach and lighter is always better.

Great for summer when you just want a little color and don’t feel like wearing anything too heavy. Check out posie tint and my fav high beam at benefitcosmetics.com.
